A 1200 staff relocation project for globally known visual effects firm called Framestore from their 5 Soho offices into newly built London headquarters in Chancery Lane, in March 2018. Main responsibilities included move planning, staff communications, heading the in‐house IT team for Decomm and Recomm of user workstations, managing several sub‐contractors such as the removals, fitters, external CAD and IT team for the relocation of core servers, office furniture, storage, and building clearance
