A full lifecycle office move project with the Brooke, an international animal welfare charity working to improve the lives of working horses, donkeys, mules and the people who depend on them. Key responsibilities included setting the office move budget, change management, leading and managing the tender process for commercial search agent, legal firm, consultants and contractors for the design and build/fit‐out, search and selection of new offices, negotiation of Lease, the physical move management of furniture, staff and IT to new offices, clearance and hand‐over of old premises
